iv had my phone for a moment or two over a year and im on a 2 year contract(well i have smaller quantity than a year left on it) could i take an upgrade (the phone is starting to mess up like partially the buttons wont work) so what im asking is could i get an upgrade and how much would it typically cost

very well i have alltel as all right and if you want to upgrade, for one they make you lurk until you are w/i 3 months of the end of your contract and two they extend your commitment because they put on the market you the phone on a sale price. ive upgraded lots of times. your best bet would be to attain one off of ebay to give an account you the truth. if you were to upgrade presently, it would probably cost at least 150 for a cheap phone.
but more than possible b/w 175-250 for a good one.
