2 gb mini sd giving memory card corrupted message?

insert card intu ur laptop card reader.
hit up start -> run -> compmgmt.msc
In mmc, select 'disk management'.
The SD card should show up as a drive, with one divider. If it shows up in here, see if you can re-partition it(you probally with the sole purpose want one anyhay, but the idea here is tu try and go back to the beginning the partition table.)
If it don't show, hit up: Start -> run -> devmgmt.msc
Look fo the card, try updating/re-installing drivers.
If it truely is a 'jus stopped' piece, tosh may b ble tu replace it.
I had this same problem near a Kingjet memory card. It worked long enough for me to update my firmware and later went corrupt. If your computer is not recognize the card, you have a impossible card and there's nothing you can do to fix it. Try a kingston memory card as they work excellent within cell phones and are way cheaper than Sandisk brand.
