Answers: I would call your service provider {AT&T right} and ask them to hoof it you thru a hard reset. But if you're trying to remove the 3rd deputation dl's you need to step into your files and remove those dl's! They should be able to totter you thru that too. Thats what they're there for, lift advantage. =}
