Help! My brand new Motorola Bluetooth H700 headset won't turn on or charge?

I bought it a week ago, charged it, used it for several calls, then tried to charge it again when the battery died, but it will no longer charge or turn on.
Answer: Take it back. I work for a cell phone company, you have 30 days to return it, they have to swap it for you.
