Activate trial phone or Not to cause.?

OK! So I just renewed my contract near sprint and they sold me an LG Rumor for the new customer's price (49.99). I basically received it via UPS and I decided I in recent times wanted to distribute it as a gift for my sister (she's be wanting it) and just holding out on a modern phone.

QUESTION... Do I have to generate the phone and then switch it fund to my old phone since I give it to her? Or can I simply give it her straight out of the box minus activating? I don't want them to turn around and charge me the FULL price for the phone. My sister doesn't want to renew her contract so I thought this would be the easiest path.

Answers:    Do not elicit it. Give it to your sister as a gift and next have her be in motion to the store and tell them that she recieved it as a bequest and she wants to trigger it for her acount. This is the easiest way. If you set in motion, then you enjoy to go through the hassel of re-activating your ancient phone, and they will charge you to do it. They won't charge you the full price for the phone, because the sale is for signing a 2 year contract, which you did. It does not vote that you have to be the one to use the phone contained by order to procure that sale price.
