Sidekick self PROBLEMS!!?
Answers: If you have already registered, near should be no "waiting for activation" screen on. I do take both "catalog will be available once data service have been restored" and i achieve "network not available" messages sometimes
Either your trying too tons different things at once, or you might not have it activate. If you can access the internet through your phone and have the tmobile sidekick pack (20 dollars a month) your phone shouldn't have any problems besides connectivity issues sometimes.
If you haven't registered and don't hold the package nonetheless, just telephone tmobile's customer service to get it. it took approaching 5 min for me.
You have to own sidekick umlimited add on. If you dont the activation entity wont go away and you wont know how to download ringtones and such. And for the picture messages sidekick 3 and id cannot recieve or transport picture messages. Only the sidekick lx and slide can.But they are going to update that soon.The sidekick unlimited plan is like 20$ extra a month and give you unlimited internet,email,and text messaging.
