Is it possible to receive ringtones or answer tones if you don't enjoy internet on your phone?

I don't have internet on my phone and I can't bring back any answer tones or any type of ringtone. Do you HAVE to have internet for adjectives of these things or is there some other passageway I can get them on my phone?
