Well, emotion better would be to have your phone, however, a lesson wants to be learned here, and there's no sense contained by giving you another phone, if you can't keep the one you have.

I grasp your problem. You most likely get your phone with a 2 year contract and are still contained by the middle of it. If that's the case, you can't draw from a new phone until you any wait until your 2 year contract is over or wages around $100 USD to cancel your contract. Sorry if this is the answer you didn't want to hear but hopefully you knowledgeable your lesson.
