Does it cost anything to receive up-open file messages?

I have t-mobile, and I don't hold a text messaging plan or anything because I don't even course book message. But sometimes random poeple schoolbook message me, but I don't open them. I simply go to the certificate messaging folder and delete it on my phone. If I don't open my record messages, but just stir in the folder to delete them, does it cost anything? I hear my friend said that t-mobile will charge me even though I don't open the essay messages I receive but that doesn't seem neutral because I cannot control if people paper message me or not, and then I winding up up having to retribution for it? That doesn't make sense. What's your phone plan company and what's your experience on this?

Answers:    You own to pay for the messages you recieve even if you don't interested them. If you don't text and you do't want peopleto course book you, you can call T-mobile and own them remove the texting feature from your phone. That is the individual way to avoid have to pay for text that people transport you, because you will never recieve them.
