How do I bring back my Nextel phone to agree to me call for out and reseive incoming call? It wont tolerate me because it say reL

Every time I try to call out my phone it say restricted and wont let me christen out or resieve incomming calls.

Go to Menu, Connection Setting, Master Reset, Password 00000 (all zeros across), It will do a preventive prompt ,hit OK to reset.
