I want to be able to use my own mp3's as message alerts and/or stir up alarms. My current phone is a samsung and the last model would consent to you do this but then Samsung changed everything and one and only give you demo games and you hold to use their preloaded sms mms alert tones/alarms which p!sses me off cos I used to love Samsung phones... Never again. I'm stale to try Sony Ericsson again!! Help
Answers: Hi, this is how you do it!
Press and scroll in this command:
Select [Menu] >> scroll to [Settings] and select [Settings] >> Scroll right to [Sounds & alerts] and select [Sounds and alerts] >> scroll down to [Ringtones] and Select [Ringtones].
Now from here you will be able to select the song you want!!
i dont have an idea that you can. I get my my custom ringtones from
ventones and I am not competent to on my samnsung
