Answers: you never mention what unit you own 'coz maybe it uses other ringtone format. try it again. but if it didn't work afterwards try other sites that support your carrier. hope this backing! good luck!

if you own Verizon, that could be the problem.
Verizon sucks and tries to block all messages from free sites. Sometimes you own to wait days.
