I have see kids as young as 8 years behind the times with cellphones & i reason that's just too ridiculous. Personally i don't reckon kids should have cellphones interval b/c they are not old adequate to be responsible with them but since i know that will not metamorphose i think they shouldn't own one at least till they mature enough to at lowest possible be partial responsible with them(around 15 or 16 years old). Just my inference.
Answers: Well I had to buy my own cell phone and I salary for my own minutes... my parents do nothing! I suggest kids should get cell phones around jr. dignified. no sooner... I only use my phone for emergancies.... I don't involve to call anybody however. I can use my land row for calling friends.

I think that kids should attain them around 11-12 years old because thats when you start going out more near out your parents
