I am moving back to the UAE, I want to use a UK number while i am nearby to contact (call/text) friends back at home, as UAE local service is relatively expensive and i'd rather use a UK number at times. (I've tried some worldwide simcard services and found out they are rather terrible) Which Uk phone hand offers the cheapest rates, and do they enjoy any plans? (i.e 1000 free texts), what do you recommend?Thank You
