How long can you generate a video on a cell phone?

Some phones I heard onoly brand a 3 second video. Shouldn;t it be longer?


Answers:    Verizon phones will let you pack your memory up with video, you may merely send 15 second tho in a video message.
depends wot type of phone you enjoy and if you have a big ample memory card in it:)
