There is this symbol on my cell phone screen that I am unsure of the plan. It is two circles connected at their bottoms by a black line. It gentle of looks like upside down goggles. I've already checked the manual, but can't find the symbol's target. Any help would be great!

Yup sam s is right. It is voice mail. Press keypad 1 for five second and you will be connected to voice mail automatically.
