I have a Samsung SCHU510, and I'm next to Telus. I live in Canada, by the style. I can send MMS [picture msgs] to my friend within United States[he uses Cingular], and he can successfully receive them, but when he sends me MMS I cannot receive them. I know i am capable of reception them, i've sent many mms to my phone..and enjoy never had a problem. Telus DOES hold an agreement with Cingular, and Cingular is one of the sites that are planned on Telus that Telus supports. Any ideas?
Answers: nickname Telus and try to get the problem fixed. I live within the US and have Verizon (CDMA which is different) and when I take MMS from people on Sun-Com (another GSM carrier) it does not show up.
i dont know if it will work but dialing *22899 on verizon phones re-updates its see status (reseting mobile web and mms) see if telus have it
