Can I capture a contract phone at age 17?

I want to get a brand new phone from at&t i am 17 years old, I hear that you have to be 18. But i hold a credit card and i heard that adjectives you need to enjoy is credit to get a contract phone, do yall deduce i can get it? And i want it to be underneath my name not someone else's.

Alot of the reps. don't really care how outmoded you are just as long as you own the credit and the credit card to take guardianship of bill. Alot of the reps. that are young don't really safekeeping how old you are, because they are purely trying to get their commission for the morning, and with you buying a phone you are helping them bring back a few dollers. But if I were you I would freshly try.... and just see if they turn you away.. You really enjoy nothing to lose.
