Actual program for turning mp3s into ringtones?

like not a website, but an actual program for my computer, and if so how do i download it?


Answers:    You basically need a phone that can play mp3s. Find a program (such as mp3 splitter, sorry lost the url for it) that allows you to cut up an mp3 into smaller parts, after just verbs it to your phone and set as ringtone or transfer the entire song as i do. Just google mp3 split or something. Even if the programs are not free you can usually draw from a 30day free trial. I've also used Audacity but it's a bit more difficult/complicated.
then it would be a website if you want to download it...
