If you bought it on a network, turn to one of their stores and ask for a repair. If you bought it unlocked, go to the retailer, and if that doesn't work, the capitalist.

Otherwise, your local INDEPENDENT (v. important) phone repair shop will do it for 10-20 quid. Don't pay any more!
