Calling Husband surrounded by Iraq?

Right now I am calling my husband on a cell phone he have over there and I am basically using a phone card that i bought from walmart. does anyone know of any good websites that you can return with good rates for Iraq. Almost anything is better than paying what I am paying immediately. Thanks
