How to remove USB virus from handphone and mp3 player?

it's called rontokbro or brontok worm. it's a trojan and my infected devices (handphone, mp3 player) are not even appearing within the My Computer folder anymore! Will sending my phone (sony ericsson w850i) for repair get rid of the virus?
