I've had the lg venus for just about 2 months now. I really HATE it. It was humane of broken when I got it and lately the screen broke. Now I can't see anything on it. I do not want a refurbished lg venus because I abhorrence the phone. Is there any channel verizon would let me acquire a different phone without paying the full retail price for it?

Nope sorry they wont even tolerate me exchange my crappy old razr for a unusual one becuase the screen is broke and most of the key came stale... You are probably going to have to money...sorry Wait acculty I think it is 50 bucks to replace the phone...
