Answers: Insurance allows for the replacement of the same model unless that model is out of commission. Then it is the closest model and it is the choice of the company not you.
Most company's used refurbished phones not brand new ones for replacement....So check severely carefully past you purchase insurance on your phone...Most plans arnt worth it....
