Cell phones?!?
Answers: only unlocked phones can be used on other networks, ie an att phone will not work on other tdma net unless the phone is unlocked. within the lattice no problem.
Yes! : )
Almost any phone you purchase can be transfered to any phone carrier (Verizon, AT&T - used to be Cingular - T-Mobile... : )

you should be capable of. i think adjectives you have to do is lift the to T-mobile and get your number switched. i'd christen though just to craft sure.
no. you cannot use a verizon phone on tmo.
the reason one is that tmo is a gsm network service provider. and verizon is a cdma gridiron.
cdma(no sim card) network phones will not work near gsm(sim card) network because cdma phones receive their signal from satellites, and gsm receives theirs from a tower. that's primarily why verizon and sprint is slight more expensive than at&t and tmo, because they use satellites.
