How to put ringtones or music into blackberry pearl 8100?

so i have dis celfone 8100 blackberry pearl. my cuz jus gave it to me but i want 2 put ringtones contained by it PLS HELP! how do u do it? NO I DONT HAVE ANY CD 4 it. all i have is dis SYNC CABLE. presently tell me what i have to do? or download bad of da computer with no fee or anything resembling dat... THANKS SO MUCH =]
