My ipod nano cant be restored.I want to wipe my library clear and restore my playlists.But I achieve the 1418error



Answers:    maybe try restoring it next to some other program. you can also use the method of going to MY COMPUTER, right clicking on the ipod usb drive and saying format, and a skylight will appear.
and of course you can try simply delete the files manually. hope this helps
