I've got a creative zen trance: m and every time I put new music on it the files double up. It didn't originally do that but at some point it started and it is incredibly annoying. Anyone know why this happen and how to prevent it from happening again?
Answers: Sorry i do not know the solution but you can reset your mp3 player and add on files by a programme from your computer again.If it does not work you should take it to the technicians.
