About Chinese Democracy album by Guns N Roses?

Being the release date Febraury 12th according to AMAZON UK, what would happen if I bought the album today through amazon,
I will gain my money back if I dont receive the album?

Most of culture says this release date is copy, but isnt amazon a trustable company?
