I installed the zune software as instructed, and it auto. loaded the zune program. It never said "connect your zune" which was supposed to be step #2, so after roughly speaking 15 mins I did anyways, but it isn't recognized on my comp. I uninstalled and reinstalled frequent times, downloaded the reccomended support files, but the driver for the zune still shows up with a washed out ! next to it. I followed adjectives the instructions to this site: support.microsoft.com/kb/944909?sd=zune but nothing worked at adjectives. I just get it today so I really don't want to go out and buy a tentative sync cable or anything if I don't have to, I be hoping somebody here would be able to minister to me with the driver problem first. Oh btw I'm running vista home prem. and I guess its not 64bit its 32 bit. Oh and any more thing when I plug within the cable to connect it the zune comes on and for a quick second it will say aloud "connected" but then I procure the message that the driver wasn't successfully installed.
