Im trying to burn some music i hold contemporary cd-r but it seep saw put alien disk within can anyone comfort me .?

im trying to learn how to burn music and am have problems it keeps proverb put new disk when i already enjoy.can someone give me some tips on how to burn music smoothly i am new to using computers
