Some came beside my i-pod, what's the point of them? Are they meant to label it more comfortable or do they protect the earphone, because they aren't markedly comfortable. They're like the black fluffy stuff on earphones.

I'm not really sure, but I think they're for absorbing some of the nouns to protect hearing. However, when I get an ipod the first time; they lasted roughly speaking...give or give somebody a lift...a week. Why? Cause they fall right bad of the headphones while they're contained by my pocket or something and I eventually lose them.
