I've had a 30GB iPod Video for almost 2 years (with 3 year warrenty from Best Buy) and it's really starting to wear down. It's freezing, it won't nouns songs, isn't responding to the reset function on my compy and is generally doing adjectives those things iPods are known for.
My grill is - will Best Buy replace it with one of the untried Classics if I ask?
My friend recently get her 2nd gen nano replaced with a current nano and only have to pay $40 because of her warrenty. All she have to do was explain to them what problems she was have. Do you know if that applies to videos too?
