I kept pressing shuffle songs, and after like 4 times, my iPod only just froze. And it's not on hold. I can't hear anything, and I can't turn oi off or anything. It only just froze! Help me, or else I will get hold of i huge trouble.
Answers: Try this.. first toggle the hold switch off and on a couple of times and hand down it on off. Then press the menu button and the select button at like time for about 5 to 10 second until the screen turns black and you'll see the apple logo. The select button is that round button contained by the middle. What this does is reset the ipod's software and hopefully your ipod should start working.
try switching the hold button from off to on a couple times, later hold down the center button and the play button until a little apple comes up
