IPod Touch Videos.... movies?

Alright I got a music video from Limewire. its surrounded by Mpeg-4 movie

I don't know..
but I sync it to my iPod Touch and it does not show in 'videos'
soo, I obligation some step-by-step instructions, PLEASE!
I will be eternally grateful.

I know Limewire is bad, forbidden, etc.
But just bring over it, iTunes doesn't have A LOT.
