I have a 1st contemporaries ipod nano. It needed a battery replacement, so I bought the tackle and tried to do it myself. I tried to pick the soldering off and eventually removed the feeble battery. However, when I connected the clean battery, it doesn't give the impression of being to be charging. I don't know if I connected it correctly or if I even removed all of the infirm soldering. Right now, the 3 wires are anyone held in place by electrical cassette. I don't think it is charging, and it won't turn on.
