Ipod problem?

I dropped it but it landed on a pile of clothes and have a protective case and presently it keeps freezing during songs and from inside the ipod it keep making clicking noises!
Should I pinch it to an ipod store?
I have the U2 video ipod. Black next to the red wheel... I've single had it smaller quantity than a year.


Answers:    it should still be under warranty...dont transmit them you dropped it tho...
If you have th waranty, afterwards yeae bring it to the store. If not, try and find a mechanic who can fix it, because apple will probaably overcharge you.
