I just purchased a couple used 1st social group iPod shuffles from ebay for my children for Christmas. I got the first one today and hold started the procedure to resync it to my existing itunes, but it keeps describing me that it can't be synced because the required disc is missing. I know nothing of a disc. My 2nd Gen didn't come beside a disc and I didn't have a problem beside it all. Any planning what I need to do?
Also, how will I know when it is fully charged? Right in a minute I have a steady ginger light. What color is the night light when fully charged? It didn't come with any instructions. There is an way out to restore it to factory configuration. Should I do that?
