I want to start playing Electric Guitar, and I was wondering, what would be a honourable guitar to start on. The genre of music I want to play is Hard Rock/Metal, maybe for a time bit of blues in near aswell. I was thinking a Fender Stratocaster to start on and move up to a Gibson SG or Les Paul when I bring back more experienced. Any advice population?
