I have an ipod video, and nil seems to engender it respond. I have window vista, and it doesnt recognize it. The ipod doesn't power on, so i can't restore it. I tried charging it for resembling 20 min, but still won't work. Itunes doesn't recognize it any. Pressing menu and select doesnt work.
Answers: this happened to both me and my mom b4 the solely thing you can do is help yourself to it to apple and ask for a new one. BEWARE I AM GUNNA ASK OBVIOUS AND STUPID QUESTIONS THAT ARE VITAL! 1 is hold button on when you try to turn on?? 2 own you tried holding "menu" and center button for 10 secconds?
I ADMIT THESE ARE STUPID QUESTIONS!! BUT IT DOES HAPPEN! if you need anything else plz ask me hope adjectives goes very well with your iPod!
