Do you guys know how to obtain the Creative Zen mp3 player out of repossession mode?

for some reason its stuck surrounded by the recovery mode.....i tried every odds


Answers:    There is a reset hole at the very bottom that you can put a paperclip termination into. It should start the whole player over again. Did you try that?
