My 60GB 4th Generation Photo iPod is stuck on 'Apple Logo' and wont appear in my computer so that i could simply format it. I've tried to reset it frequent times, let its battery-operated to drain off completely, charged it fully but still... I want to restore it but it wont appear within iTunes either. I even tried to Put it into 'Disk Mode' by following the procedure it wont work any.
Answers: If you purchased the Apple Warranty, call Apple and speak beside Tech. They may replace it.
