My mp3 player does not respond to anything. It read i have need of to reformat. It also isnt detected by my workstation. WHY?

It is only three weeks dated. Was working fine. Only had nearly 50 songs on it. wont power up, menu etc.


Answers:    Somewhere within the mp3 player your firmware/software have become corrupt and by formatting it you will lose everything you put on it but it should solve your problems.
