Getting an MP3 player to work?
We just purchased a couple of MP3 players for our children for Christmas. However, after sitting here and trying to follow the directions provided I can not seize them to play the music downloaded. I am not into all these topical gadgets coming out and can not hang on to up with it but thought my children would soak up them if I could get them to work. Could anyone please contribute me some pointers as to what I am doing wrong and to correct the problem, please. I greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
Answers: Can you supply more info on them.. Model, Manufacturer etc.

All of these assume that you have plugged the MP3 player into your PC using an USB cable. The MP3 player will appear as a fresh drive to your PC.

Q. How do I copy/transfer files to my MP3 player?
A. There are masses ways to copy /transfer music to your player. Here’s a common and simple approach to do this process using Windows Explorer. Follow the instructions below: -Connect the disk storage (MP3 player) to your computers USB port. If the computer pops up a window asking what do you want window to do? Click cancel. -Right click on My Computer and click on Explore. A split pane will pop up and display the contents and drives on your computer. Look for the drive Removable Disk (E:) [The letter drive may ebb and flow depending on your computer] This is your MP3 player. -Next, drop down My Documents and click on the My Music folder. If you store your music files in a different location consequently find that folder. -Take a file from the My Music folder or where on earth ever you store your music files, click on the music file drag and drop it into the E: Removable Disk on the not here of the window. A skylight will pop up and display the progress of the copying. Repeat the process until your player is full. You have completed the folder copy/transfer process!

Their network site seems hugely slow so it might appear nothing is arranged... A PDF should load eventually..
