Ipod can't connect, can't turn on, can't sync, can't be approved?

My ipod nano (3rd gen/new one) is no longer working at all. I can't turn it on because the mobile is dead and tell me to connect to power, so I do. When I do this, my Ipod won't turn on as it normally does; it go to the grey screen and resets itself. Then, it turns on for a few second and connects to my iTunes. But, when I try to sync, access files on it or even just exit it, it immediately resets again around 10 second after it turns on. I also can't reset it manually anymore... does anyone know what's going on? It repeats this process over and over on its own and I can't seem to do a point to fix it..

Answers:    i'd either phone call apple or send it to them to see if they can fix your problem...own you dropped it alot? maybe its destabilized or something is loose inside it.
i think you should lug it to a technician who can help!!
