When i plug it in to update it, the computer sucks adjectives the power out of it and then it will come up "Low battery-operated power, connect to power source" and the "Updating; Do Not Disconnect" never goes away. So roughly it doesnt work with the computer.
Answers: I would try a different USB cable. Possibly one of the lead in the cable is broken or a pin contained by the connector isn't making contact. You might also try connecting through a different USB port on the computer.
i would get a wall charger anyway because it charges faster.
