Answers:    Uhm.. Well, I've never tried using a downloaded video, but as long as the video is save in one of the supported formats (AVI, MPEG4, WMV, QuickTime, MPEG2, ASF), and providing you're running on Windows XP or Higher (Will not work on 98, 2000 or ME), afterwards you should be able to drop them into your converter.

If your requirements check out, and it still doesn't work, perchance try contacting SanDisc. They usually have great support, even for the software.

Hope it help. :)
