Answers:    You'll requirement a data verbs cable. Then just use the verbs program of your choice(their should be a list of compatible ones that come with your sansa). I prefer to use window media player because it have a drag and drop sync list piece.
connect the data cable to your computer brand your list and hit the sync or verbs button.
