Ipod touch give support to?

whenever i plug in my itouch it say unidenified iphone reconnect,and i do then i tunes freezes


Answers:    You should try reinstalling itunes.
Or, you might want to try resetting the ipod.
(hold sleep button and home button for going on for 5 secs)
If that doesn't work,
call apple support
They will do their best to fix it.
