It first started out saying it does not support "Firewire" or anything. It is no longer showing that error message, but now it won't play songs, but will play them via iTunes. I've tried jiggle the hold button for the little Mac apple icon to come up - that's what I did when it be complaining about the 'firewire'. But after I unplug it from the USB device, the menu comes up, and I can't use the turn controls for it to play or any of the buttons.
I'm confused. Is there a path I can get it to start working again?
Answers: hold the top bottom and the 2 side buttons down at duplicate tiem to reboot your ipod. if that doesn't work take it to the shopping arcade and they can do some voodoo on it for free ussually. Worth a try before buying a strange one
im not sure... but your best bet is to just buy a strange ipod!!
